CuBig II is a highly energy-efficient CO2 Climate Solution suitable for larger supermarkets, cold storage and industrial applications. The CuBig II combines cooling, freezing, heating and AC in one compact unit saving space and electricity. The excess heat from the cooling process is used for heating the sorting facility.
The new CuBig II features many energy-saving technologies, including permanent magnet motors on all compressors, and frequency converters on the MT and LT compressors, as standard equipment.
The CuBig II design is easy to fit into existing facilities. It is only 800mm wide, meaning narrow enough to fit through normal doors, and can be installed outside if required.

It provides up to 450 kw cooling and 600 kW heating capacity.

The ANSWR CO₂ Heat Pump by Flow Environmental Systems is an innovative, 100% electric HVAC&R solution that utilizes R-744 (CO₂) as a refrigerant. This system is designed to replace multiple separate systems—including furnaces, boilers, standalone heat pumps, and chillers—offering a comprehensive solution for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water needs. This makes it highly valuable in buildings with diverse thermal zones, such as data centers, hospitals, or mixed-use facilities.

Available unit sizes include 20, 60, 90, and 120 tons to suit a range of project scales (20-ton unit pictured). The system delivers up to 180°F (82°C) hot water and operates effectively down to -30°F (-34°C), achieving COPs exceeding 7 in certain configurations. It offers a heating supply range of 90°F to 180°F and a cooling supply range of 0°F to 75°F.

Between 2012-2013, Chinese manufacturer Tianjin Hi-Tech recorded energy savings of 49% and 36% in two CO2 HP heat pumps installed in railway stations in Dandong and Tongliao citites. The systems provide hot water, space heating and air conditioning for the stations for all-weather purposes and are able to maintain a higher Coefficient of Performance than that of a conventional HCFC or HFC-based system, even at temperatures of down to -25°C.
